The following is a list of the required documents you need to prepare.

Please provide the original plus one color copy of each of the following documents.

Umrah

  1. A passport that is valid for 8 months from the departure date with 3 or 4 blank pages for each traveler.
  2. A completed and signed visa application, original and copy.
  3. 2 passport sized photographs with white backgrounds for each traveler (ladies preferably in hijab).
  4. A stamped Immunizatin Card showing vaccination against Meningitis (one dose of ACYW135 vaccine) for adults. Meningitis and Polio record for children under 15 years old. Two doses of (A) vaccine (1 to 2 months between each dose for children 3-24 months). these are valid for 5 years.
  5. Ladies and children need proper proof of relationship (marriage certificate for married couples, birth certificates for children indicating names of both parents).

All original documents must be accompanied by thier colored photocopies.

Special Requirements:

  • For women over the age of 45 traveling without a mahram they are required to complete the Notarized_Mahram_Letter.pdf .
  • For women under the age of 45 they are required to travel with a mahram, for more information please contact our main office.

Iraq

  1. A passport that is valid for at least 8 months with 3 or 4 blank pages for each traveler.
  2. 2 passport sized photographs with white background for each traveler (ladies preferably in hijab).
  3. A computer typed completed and signed visa application , original & copy

All original documents must be accompanied with their colored photocopies.

Iran

  1. A valid machine readable native passport.
  2. A passport that is valid for at least 8 months from the departure date with 3 or 4 blank pages for each traveler.
  3. 2 passport size photographs with white background for each traveler (ladies preferably in hijab).

Notes:

  • If you are traveling to all three countries, please only provide 6 passport pictures.
  • If you need a double entry there is an additional charge.
  • If you need a visa within less than 2 months $58 will be added as the expedited fee.

All original documents must be accompanied with their colored photocopies.
