The following is a list of the required documents you need to prepare.
Please provide the original plus one color copy of each of the following documents.
- A passport that is valid for 9 months from the departure date with 3 or 4 blank pages for each traveler.
- 3 passport sized photographs with white backgrounds for each traveler (ladies preferably in hijab).
- A stamped Immunization Card showing vaccination against Meningitis (one dose of ACYW135 vaccine) for adults. Meningitis and Polio record for children under 15 years old. Two doses of (A) vaccine (1 to 2 months between each dose for children 3-24 months).
- Ladies and children need proper proof of relationship (marriage certificate for married couples, birth certificates for children indicating names of both parents).
- Please complete and sign the Terms and Conditions form: (Terms.pdf)
- All original documents must be accompanied by their colored photocopies.
- Please send your documents via United states post office with overnight service without a signature & please send a prepaid return envelope along with your documents for expedited ( overnight ) return of travel paperwork.
- Prices do not include Zabiha which is approximately $135 and will be collected on the night of Eide-Qorban (Enshallah) and do not include the Hajj visa fee (Mutawiff) $407.
Women Special Requirements:
- For women under the age of 45 they are required to travel with a mahram, for more information please contact our main office.
Note: Please check the expiration date of your passport: your passport must be valid for at least 9 months after the day of our departure
